    Could be cleaned better but overall a nice resort

    The property is beautiful. The condos are also very nice and cozy. The only issues we had was there was no toilet paper in our condo which I found odd. You could tell they cleaned in a hurry, the counters had sticky stuff all over them and the floors weren’t swept good we also found stuff under the table and couch when we pulled out the couch bed. I did a deep clean myself and that’s not something you really want to do on vacation. Overall those things weren’t bad enough for us to not stay again, we definitely would. It was a nice resort the staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed anything.

    Almost there!

    The accommodations were just what we needed for three adults and two children—two bedrooms, one king and one with twin beds. A sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen, a dining area, washer dryer and two bathrooms, plus a screened in balcony with table and chairs. Very spacious! Wow! Pool very close. But the cleanliness was less than satisfactory. Our floor was very dirty, sticky areas that shone in the light, dust dirty upholstery, just not up to par for such a nice property. Torn iindoor/outdoor carpet in the passageway to our door was a tripping hazard and very unattractive. The amenity list online was incorrect. We expected a DVD player so took DVDs to keep the kids busy. None provided. And the promised cookware was very slim. Two little saucepans. No skillet or baking sheets. We didn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen, but better than we got. Still a good value but needs some work.

    Lackey at the front desk. I told her that the room does not have towels and wash rags. She told me the order for towels and rags were already picked up for today.     Would rather sleep in my car!

    Didn’t stay. Opened the door & refused to enter. Needs to be updated, repaired & deeply sanitized. Suggestion is to start by removing the mold/dirt/mildew accumulated around the door. Not a nice welcoming site, that’s if you make it past the ripped out screens on the porch & the filthy siding.

    Worst stay. Rude & oblivious manager!

    Had 4 rooms reserved. Tried to cancel within the allowed grace period, hotel did not respond so we decided to use the rooms & not let this “resort” re issue & collect double for one room. Only because the manager was rude, otherwise I would have let it be. Only 3 rooms were reserved, the 4th room (prepaid) was not in the system. Hotels.com said it was the resorts error, resort said it was a hotel.com error. 4 hrs later, we had a refund. The rest of our group checked in after the front desk closed, the room was straight out of the 60’s. Screens torn, siding was filthy, some kind of mold accumulated around the door. Took a quick glance from the door & left. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned since the 60’s as well! Found a new place to stay. Other rooms were ok, not decent, just ok. Out of the 4 rooms we were supposed to have for 4 nights. We used 2 for 1 night! Walls are super paper thin!! Could hear clear conversations from the neighbor. Could be from the 2” gap under the split door. Another hour phone call to hotels.com. We’ll see if they follow up this time. Regardless we’ll book direct & no longer use these 3rd party ripoffs.

    Sad Experience

    We were not happy with this facility. The part where we stayed had not been take care of both outside and inside. Screened area had hole in screen and you actually had to kick the screened door at the bottom to get it to open. The furniture had not been updated for years. The floors looked like they had not been swept in weeks. There was actually one spot next to the tub on the floor that looked like mold. We will never stay at this place again. Wyndham needs to take a look at all the units in this place.

    Not so good!!

    Not so good!!! Didn’t know you had to walk up stairs which were very dangerous to get to your room, this was the only way we could get to our room, which was very dusty, other then that it was it was clean…The walls were totally to thin, we could hear the family in the next room as if they were in the same room with us!!! Parking was free, but two out of the four nights we were there we had to park so far from our room, because of the clean-up or the maintenance crew would park the golf carts or there personal vehicles in the paid customers parking spot!! When I went in to check in one of the staff crew made a comment as he was walking out the door, that the reason they don’t give extra towels was because yall take them home, I didn’t know who yall were suppose to be, I just assumed he was talking about black people, because it was a black women that asked for more towels!! And if you wanted more towels it was true, u had to turn some in to get anymore, like you were a criminal, if you needed anything extra, you had to go to the front desk and ask, no one came around r called to check, trash bags, tissue, towels, paper towels, you were just on your own!! Never been treated like this at any place… wouldn’t recommend anyone or ever stay here again!!!
