Not completely worth the high price tag (high humidity in the room, noisy above the kitchen, staff were ok, not super pleasant), but I guess that's the price you pay for a few summer nights in Cape Cod. Visiting from the UK we found this hotel a perfect location for us. Hotel was perfectly clean and beautifully renovated for such an old building, it had everything we needed. Local village walkable, with a couple of shops and places to eat all with 5-10 minutes. Nearest large town was Hyannis, but central to anywhere else on the Cape.

The Chapter House is an absolutely beautiful property. My husband and I went to The Cape for our anniversary and couldn't be happier with our stay here. It was clean and had a very calm and relaxing feel to it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I cant imagine staying anywhere else at The Cape after staying at The Chapter House. There are a lot of steps at this property. Our room was up a fairly steep, skinny staircase which made it challenging to get our large suitcases to our room. It is an old building with lots of character. Room was large but bathroom was small and not really able to accommodate two people at a time. Limited breakfast but overnight oats and yogurt parfait was good. Had a great patio with a fire pit. Overall nice but would not stay again.
