Very convenient hotel, a few minutes walk from the subway and close to the Senso-ji temple. Nice, quiet area with great dining options. APA hotels have small rooms, which was expected but they are very clean and efficient. Breakfast is fast and tasty - worth the price. Staff was nice and helpful. Would book again.

The lady staff ( Kumamoto? )on duty on 9th night and 10th Nov morning was very friendly, patient and professional in handling the queries and check in/out procedures. The hotel is a good budget hotel brand locally but i am giving 4 stars only so that 5 stars can be given to "staff and services" option to thank this staff for her excellent services.

No, not for me…
Nicely and centrally located just in front of the metro, 2 kms from Fukuoka airport. I didn’t like that checkin had to be done on their machines with hardly any staff around at all. Check-out at 10 with the advice to get out earlier in order not to accrue a whole night more is unacceptable. Even a warning in the elevator saying. 9-10 is peak using time ,so be prepared to use at 8 o clock,a very uninviting hotel . I will try my very best not to return to any apa in order not to steal their precious hotel bed by checking out only at 10.05 . God forbid overstaying a whole 5 minutes.My goodness what a concept to see people as a commodity….The room was small but efficient, cleaning staf was doing a great job. 24 rooms on each of the 14 floors is a lot of work for small pay in Japan.

Room is clean but still dusty especially the window and bed rest side. Bed is bit sag and not as firm as other apa hotels but they immediately addressed my concern and transfered me to another room. Front desk are very nice and helpful tho they cant speak English. Location is superb but not near good restos. 3 Convini stores very close & 1 beside hotel. Gione station & elevator at door step so easy to carry luggage to and from airport, less than 10min walk to hakata station & Bus Terminal. Will stay here again
