Reading the reviews are important…
As of October 2024, construction is going on at this property. If I hadn’t read the reviews then I wouldn’t have known as the staff did not inform me. The hotel is extremely outdated. Remodeling should’ve been done a long time ago, to be honest. The breakfast area is very small and cramped when there is a lot of people in the room. I felt like I was being watched by staff every time I walked through the lobby. Overall, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay for multiple nights. It might be a good stay for a night or two. I guess you do get what you pay for. The lady at the front desk was very kind. I appreciated her hospitality.

Renaissance Festival Weekend
Stayed with both older children for Minnesota Renassiance Festival in Shakopee, during final wknd of Septmeber, which was a warm one,80+, and having an a/c that worked, a powerful shower to wash away a days worth of dust, and a jacuzzi that was fully functioing, with a warm pool, made us want to extend our stay, but Monday got in our way. It's a 20 minute drive from Ren-Fest Grounds, a lot of walking options for food and shopping, Friendly staff, good breakfast, great pricing for 2 queen room. Will be back next year.

The woman working at the front desk when I checked was kind and warm. Wonderful to deal with. I only stayed here for one night as it was a good price and pretty close to the airport for my early morning flight. It’s not a 5 star hotel I’d course but for convenience, I would def stay again.

A Great Place To Stay
This hotel is the best find in Eden Prairie for the price. When we travel now the requirements are a clean place, a pool for our granddaughter, and hopefully a great breakfast too. This place has all these things and it was quite enjoyable to stay there. Well worth the price--and a steal of a deal in comparison to newer hotels. This may be an older building but it is meticulously well kept.

Disgusting Hotel EVER
It was the worse place to stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. People making noises until 3am. Not letting you sleep at all. Service was horrible. The cleaning people trying to open your door when your sleeping in the morning without knocking the door. I'M NEVER GOING TO STAY AT THIS HOTELS. IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

The room was clean with a very comfy bed. I wasn't a fan of the tiny pillows. The breakfast was just ok. Staff was very friendly.

Took forever To check in. I had to ask one of the housekeepers to go find somebody for the front desk. Every time we came and went from the motel. I never saw any one at the front desk. Also, the bathtub and showers need more hand holds for senior citizens and some sort of anti-slip. Device in the bathtub

The staff was great! Always friendly. It is an older property that they tried to update. Our room was nice, a little dark... One of the two light bulbs in the bathroom was out, so that was disappointing. The bathtub was maybe a little clogged which was kinda gross while taking a shower. Overall, I would stay there again... The breakfast was great!

Room was nice, with some amenities more typical of higher end hotels. Niches in the shower would have been nice and bathroom counter space was very limited. Breakfast was good and the facility nice. Check-in person sent us to a room that was the opposite of what we requested, in terms of proximity to elevator and vending machines. I think she was inexperienced. Overall experience makes me consider using Best Western more often.

2/10 Poor

The room smelled overwhelmingly of mold. There were black patches on the ceiling of the bathroom above the shower. We asked for a room change due to mold allergies and it was denied stating there was no other rooms available. The front desk stated they would send someone to "disinfect" our room. A man just sprayed Lysol around the floors, making our room smell of mold AND chemicals. It was dreadful. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a decade.
