Booked room for 2 nights and after walking miles the second day we returned to our hotel room to find that our card would not work. HORRIBLE STAY! Room was dirty and not cleaned once over the 4 days I stayed, I eventually emptied my own bin as it started to smell. Numerous vomit-looking stains on carpet in the room that has not been cleaned at all, random hair everywhere, towels, bedding, floors, bathroom. Soap dispenser was broken and just left in pieces in the bathroom. Stains on bedding. Not sure why as they never clean, but I had to constantly walk around bags of laundry just lying in the hallway. Hallways not clean either. Disgusting and will never stay again!
