Personel was very attentive. Food was walking distance and it was right across the steet from our tour company. Huasteca.com. Wasnt really a fan of the breakfast and i was a bit upset because the only reason i stayed there was because of pool and it was not working. I understand certain things happen.

I am used to different treatment, we only asked for a coffee and it never came, there were cockroaches, the only thing we received was the complimentary two drinks that were flavorless pineapple juice, and they gave me a ticket for all the stay for 6 thousand pesos and I paid you more than 440 dlls. La administración que está a cargo es pésima porque no dan mantenimiento a las instalaciones, el baño en pésimas condiciones, las camas rechinan, las toallas y las colchas están horribles ya no son blancas están en muy mal estado, los baños de la alberca están en pésimas condiciones además de que el agua de la alberca estaba sucia.
