Terrible Resort Need Renovation Staff is Rude
Would not recommend!!!! This place was terrible, the reception staff rude, dirty beach, dirty pool, casino, club, beach open to public which can be dangerous. Restaurant food was not good, staff trying to sell stuff always, casino very small and staff need to speak English, a hooker keep bothering us, room terrible, leaks water in bathroom, maintenance was a no show, bed uncomfortable, spa service terrible was in more pain after my massage, secure your passport and belongings, room door open randomly, keys deactivated several times, balcony door has no lock, needed to pay for safe storage. The only good thing was the buffet once you tip the host and staff each meal 500 to 1000 pesos. We spend more money on tipping to get the basic necessities done. Daily night show was nice. Need for safety none smoking area and activities for children. Club house unsafe. Pool unsafe no lifeguard. Smoking allow everywhere, not a children friendly resort. Location not safe

Not Children friendly
Hotel layout is great, pool in the middle with surrounding restaurants. Property has beach front with limited casino, club. Beach needs to be clean (beach, casino, club Open to Public). Buffet food great, restaurants with reservation available. No room service, the room phone didn’t work. Nightly show was great. NOT children friendly property, No designated area at hotel for non smoking children area, no designated pool area for children, no lifeguard. Children play club house seems unsafe with limited supervision and out toys in the sun making it too hot to use. I was there with my child and the attending pay no attention to me, the tv didn’t work, limited toys for kids, I felt very unsafe leaving my child. Toys like glass bottle and wood can easily break on the tile floor and be dangerous. Need day activities for children only had 1 hour program which was limited of music and dancing. Staff needs to speak English. I had a major problem with my door key being deactivated several times daily, no keys was not in my wallet next to my phone nor credit cards. My room leak water from the above room, I reported it but no maintenance came, so I used the towels to soak up the water daily. One night about 3am someone kicked my door several times and would not leave, the room phone didn’t work, I had to contact my friend staying in another room to go to the lobby and get security (limited) the drunk man apparently thought my room was his and would not leave. Terrifying for my family

No Children Friendly
Staff was great but need to speak English, location and hotel layout is great. Pool in the middle with surrounding restaurants. Nightly show was great. Kids programs needs improvement with day activities, it was only an evening 1 hour program. Hotel need better rules for smoking and non-smoking area. Hotel advertised as family friendly but has no designated area for children, pool safety concerns, no lifeguard on duty, no specific children section at the pool, the club house is unsafe for kids, open access to beach can be dangerous for kids access, the outside play tous were in direct sunlight making it so hot for kids to touch, the attendant at the club house didn’t pay any attention to the children. I would advise for parents to be with children when visiting the club house. Beach was nice but needed to be clean up, and open to the public. Room was spacious, however bed was uncomfortable and the door lock deactivated over 20 times in 8 days stay, bathroom needs renovation, shower leak, water leaks from above room into my room. I would not recommend for family vacation. This was a last minute vacation with limited availability on my part. Property consist of hotel, beach, limited casino, club, shops down the street. Nate in mind all beach, club, and casino open to the public. This is not a children friendly resort, no Designated non-smoking area by the pool or hotel for children. I was very bother by this and complaint many times and nothing was done.

Not a place I ever want to stay again
It is a hotel I hope never to used again, the food was horrible, the rooms were inadequate, the staff was not friendly, check-in took forever (so bring your patience with you, you'll need it), we stayed 4 nights and the specialty restaurant was impossible to get a reservation and the one we got the food was uneatable.

The rooms are GROSS we had cockroaches and it's smelled like mildue. We did get room change which was a little better. I would NEVER stay here again. The food at the buffet is the same everyday.
