The hotel is brand new, luxurious feel, very modern and great location near the walking area of El Malecon. Service staff was extremely helpful we needed a voltage converter and they brought us both an adapter and a great converter for our hair appliances. The pool is warm and has great view also turns into rooftop hip area with good music on weekend nights.
