Was in quiet part of neighborhood, which was nice. Short walk to SkyTrain also. Was hard to get a taxi from though. Also we're doing construction above the pool so couldn't use for one day.

Excellent breakfast! I was upgraded to a superior room after four days which was nice. Cleaning staff were sometimes lazy and did not bother to clean the bathroom properly. Overall, it was a pleasing stay. The hotel has a self laundry service. They did not have a wine opener after hours which was a bit disappointing. The gym is nice and the onsen was nice but it is next to smelly urinals so, it was a bit unpleasant.

Modern with great facilities: used the pool/gym/onsen on a daily basis. Staff were friendly helpful at the reception , restaurant and spa. Love the location as it’s only a short walk to On Nut BTS. Housekeeping staff needs refreshment training. Used towels were taken away and not replaced or they were just left ok the floor….my used mugs were left on the coffee table for 3 days before someone decided to replace them
