Beautiful location, animated team!
Highlights were the service and friendliness of the staff, especially the fantastic Animation Team (Eva, Amin & Sulaiman) who led sunset yoga, spin and running. The hotel is a great place to relax and have some activities at your own pace. Restaurant staff at breakfast and housekeeping also excellent. Rooms are great, large and nice design. Location is beautiful on the beach, not far to walk to Taghazout for a local experience. Everything was great, until we came to leave and we had an unhappy interaction with the management team which really upset us. Hopefully a one off, but more proper support at check out would have prevented this.

For a small resort, it was quite nice. The pool and grounds were well laid out. It was difficult to find a spot at the pool. Too many people lay things out early and spots filled up. Room was spacious. We did have small ants at our sliding glass door on first floor that made their way into the room. Decor of the room was inviting, and up to date. They seemed very short staffed in during the busiest times at breakfast and dinner during buffets. Not enough wait staff when ordering drinks or needing assistance.
