I was allowed to check in at 2PM, and there was no mention of an early check in charge, of which I would have never paid anyway. Room was a room, it did what I needed it to do. I did not partake in breakfast but had I known that it had sausage and eggs, I would have made other plans and enjoyed it. Oh well. Maybe change that on your page that you offer hot products. I am a breakfast guy and really would have liked to have known that. Other than the jerks in the adjoining room keeping me up until almost 2 AM, which seriously aggravated me to no end, the stay was fine. I did not call the front office as in all of my experiences, calling any front desk has NEVER resulted in my requests being fulfilled

It appeared alright. The surrounding area was mixed - a little sketchy (cars playing loud music in the staff parking lot, smell of marijuana in the front parking lot, rougher looking apartments and vehicles across the street, etc.) but seemed well kept. We did worry a bit about our bikes being kept outside on the bike rack on our car, but they were there in the morning so that’s what matters most. The front desk service was not friendly, but it was quick and easy. The room was pretty clean but there is not attention to detail (stains on the bed skirt and mattress cover, dirty soap pumps, dirty A/C unit, dirty behind furniture, a couple small hairs on the sheets, stains on a wash cloth, etc.). The toilet, shower, sink and fridge were very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a little noisy at night. I would consider staying again for the price, but would probably look elsewhere and pay a little more if I had the choice.

I didn’t like that I was sent a link to check-in ahead of time, yet the desk clerk seemed to not have any of my information when I arrived. I didn’t like getting a text the morning of checkout asking the same thing, along with wanting me to give an exact time I would be checking out. The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
