PUBIC HAIR COVERED BATHROOM!!
I was supposed to have a Jacuzzi in my room....NOPE! They even tried to talk me out of the room I booked INTENTIONALLY!! After I unpacked n set up the room, we went swimming. The pool n hot tub were great! Coming back from that, we got in the bathroom to find that ours HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL!!! THERE WERE PUBIC HAIRS ALL OVER THE TUB/SHOWER!! the floor was COVERED in LONG dark hairs, which my son n I both only have ab 2 inches of hair on our heads!! DEFINITELY NOT OURS!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I will NEVER COME BACK N U SHOULDN'T EITHER!!! UGHHH!!! when I spoke to the front desk person about it, HE SAID NOTHING!!! Didn't apologize, attempt to fix it, nor discount or offer ANYTHING!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! n the evator broke as soon as we came in!! Also the shower sprayer kept popping off of it the entire time we tried to shower! Even my 6 yr old said, "u should call them for help!" They hadn't restocked the coffee stuff in my room either. N the soap dish on the sink still had used soap all over it!! They did not even ATTEMPT to clean that room!! I wouldn't b surprised if they leave the same linens in the room if "unused." That is so not ok!!!!! I should've taken photos! U wouldn't have believed the amount of LONG DARK HAIR that came off my bathroom floor n onto the shower towel I put down for our feet!!

Landed at the airport and looking for a safe and clean sleep for the night. The building is super rundown and one of the doors to a room on the 3rd floor was written in sharpie. The bathroom was so poorly layer out that the door was slamming into the toilet. When we asked at check in about breakfast he told us that it was till 10 on weekdays. We walked into breakfast at 9:05 and they had cleaned everything up but the runny eggs and toast. All the juices were turned off however the very kind lady who was trying to clean up, stopped cleaning to let us grab something. She was the only thing that was a gold star. We asked for a late check out due to such a late arrival and they were “kind” enough to extend from 11 check out to 11:30… seriously?!?! My father used the restroom in the lobby area and it is not ADA built. Honestly save your time and money and go somewhere else, we sure will.

I was so surprised at how big the room was. I thought it was just going to be one room with a king size bed, and a bathroom. We walked into the room and we were standing in a huge living room with the TV and the desk. We went into the next room and saw a huge bedroom with a king size bed and a TV also. The short version is simply this the room is outdated. We put food in the refrigerator and in the morning it was all frozen. It wasn’t vacuumed very well. There is a pill laying on the floor by the bathroom so that means the room is never swept. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows were awesome. The TVs were great and had lots of good shows. There is a round stool that had rips in the cover. The chair at the desk had one of the arms material ripped off. There were a few lights burned out, one for a reading light by the bed . I can put up with all of this since we got such a huge room for $69 plus taxes and fees. Everyone working there were very and very very kind. I would recommend this if you’re not the kind of person that has to have everything, but you can’t beat the size of this room for that prize.
