This place was horribe from the food to the service. There were prostitutes walking around and bothering everyone, the staff was rude and didn't know anything about anything even in the gift shop the sells person didn't even know the prices for about 70% of the items sold.
The food was really good. There was always something to choose from. They have stations set up and they cook things on the stop from omelettes in the morning to meat for dinner. The staff didn’t all speak English and if they did it wasn’t a lot so that made it challenging but that was probably the only negative thing I can say. The property was awesome! Sadly we came during the time of the COVID-19 so a lot of the entertainment was closed but we still enjoyed our stay regardless. Goes to show how nice it is. The beach is amazing, big waves, clear waters, and white sand. Really pleased with the beach. Overall the resort is good in a sense that no matter which room you get you’ll have a least a little view of the ocean. Also it’s very convenient to go back to your room or get food or go to the beach because everything is super close! The rooms have a stocked mini fridge which is a nice bonus. It gets refilled everyday. The restaurants weren’t the best tbh but again because of the virus a lot closed so we didn’t get to try them out. Either way we were a lot more satisfied with the buffet because you could always find something you like. Even my brother who’s a picky eater always found some good food. Choices are different everyday and large variety. I would definitely recommend this resort. My family and I loved it!
Nice beach front and pools. Mostly Spring Break kids hanging out and screaming until 2am. Loud music plays constantly around the pool and in the hotel until late. We stayed only one night as we were traveling elsewhere in the DR. Food looked great with many selections yet everything was bland and tasteless with cheap/canned ingredients. I was amazed at how bad the food was even with a multitude of selections. Did not try the specialty restaurants and the pizza place was closed. Wifi is extra for each user in the room. Only soda and water in the room minibar.
The staff was wonderful, the property was clean, it may be time to update some of the facility
Everything was good. I recommend to my friends and family
Everything i liked food ,view ocean and many thing like weather, beach.
The service from the employees was outstanding. We were treated like majesty. Property size is a big plus due to not having to take a trolley to the beach or to get to different restaurants located on property. Rooms slightly show age but the service and the beautiful beach make you forget about that.
As far as the property goes, everything was perfectly kept. Was not disappointed by a thing during our experience. You can tell that there are some cosmetic things in the resort that could use some TLC, but these did not take away from the experience.
it was awesome it was awesome it was awesome it was awesome
Not exactly what I expected. The resort was very out of date and not what was advertised. The food was subpar and the all-inclusive drinks were watered down. Everything was lackluster and it put a bad taste in my mouth for the area. Will not come back ever most likely. If you are thinking about coming here for spring break, DO NOT GO.
