This fully furnished home includes a full sized bed, 2 twin sized beds, 3 flat screen Smart TV, full sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dish ware for 4. High Speed Internet is included.The Space:This cozy, one story home features a small living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and modern, front loading washer and dryer units. You will find two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with 2 twins. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens.Guest Access:Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.The lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly! The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles.Interaction with Guests:Guests will enjoy a Socially Distant Check In by checking themselves into the home with a code for a keypad on the front door. Messages are answered around the clock by a team of dedicated Hosts. Contact information for your local Host is located inside of the home and provided with your Check In instructions. We're nearby if you need anything! Check Ins later than 9pm must be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a smooth check in. Failure to coordinate with the host for later than 9pm check in may mean that no staff is available to assist you in the event of a problem and may require check in the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late Check In.The Neighborhood:This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway. There is no parking on the street, this is a busy road.Getting Around:This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort bragg is only 15 minutes away! Downtown and the Cross Creek Mall are also very close with many surrounding restaurants and bars making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.Other Things to Note:In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and begin the cycle with provided detergent.3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
