Lovely staff and great location however the room and hotel are very dated and needed a lot of maintenance (including significant chips out of walls). The room was so warm with the aircon in the lowest temperature we had to keep the window open overnight which made the room quite noisy. Pillows also very uncomfortable. Would expect better for an NH collection. Wouldn’t stay again.
