rooms appeared to not be clean for days, floors were very sticky, when asked to switch rooms bc of this the person in the front gave so much attitude
Staff was great, very nice. Bed was a little hard but it was ok for one night.
I didn't like the fact that I paid for a kitchen but never got cups in the kitchen. Not even throw away paper cups. Total bullshit.
The service and staff was fantastic. Thank you. The hotel just seems outdated a bit. They need to replace the the interior design of the rooms and upgrade. Things did not look entirely clean. There was a faint urine smell in the restroom when I arrived and it never left. I realized there was a pee ring behind the toilet and that’s why. GROSS. The counter in the bathroom was chipped and stained. The shower was peeling heavily. The walls were stained and dented. The carpet looked old and had stains too. I will not be back.
Nice place to stay for a quick visit to Temecula. Nice friendly clerks. I would stay again.
Well the service was great. The room they gave me had a smell that made eyes irritated. My wife was complaining about the smell as well. For some reason they lost my reservation but they accommodated me. Drop the price 23 bucks from expected payment but the room did not have a pleasant smell at all. We left early like 4ish in the morning.
Extend Stay America had a very clean and nice room. It was like a studio apartment. They even provide you with pots and pans, utensils, and dishesat your request if needed.
We have used this hotel in the past so we knew what we were getting. No issues but we were issued a room in the corner right next to the I-15, very noisy to say the least. Staff were awesome 👏
Liked - allowed pets, with a number of pet areas Liked not so much - rough crowd, freeway noise
Upon check in at 645 pm I was told my room was ready but they were waiting on sheets for the bed as they didn’t have clean sheets at the time. So after working a 14 hour day and just wanting to go to sleep I had to wait an extra hour for house keeping to come make the bed.
