It was ok. Pool area nice, after construction I’m sure it will be better. Some staff nice. Made one phone call with receptionist and charged me 13 reais. Room pretty clean. Someone kept ringing my doorbell and when answered no one was at the door. They came in my room after I ask for no cleaning service and took things out of my refrigerator and rearranged things. Other than that, I would probably stay again.

The hotel is 20min walk from the zoo. It has a nice shopping centre 3blocks away . The bus station is at the zoo. The hotel has a shuttle service for tours and there is a small taxi station opposite the hotel. We had half board and it was the best option. No hassle looking for a rsstsurant. There are not many restaurants around the area.

Já havia me hospedado anteriormente, infelizmente as instalações vão ficando velhas e o aconchego que se tinha não é mais o mesmo. Achei a limpeza do banheiro decepcionante, havia restos de sabonete na pia e no box. Também achei que as toalhas poderiam ter sido acondicionadas em plástico com fechamento selado e não com fita larga.

Tive uma pessima experiência com a recepção. Fiz a reserva para duas pessoas por dois dias. Fui embora poucas horas depois da reserva e meu filho ficou sozinho e chamou um amigo pra fazer companhia no restante da estadia. Queriam cobrar 100 reais a mais por simples burocracia... sendo que o hotel não iria perder nenhum centavo a mais e sim poderia ter fidelizado um hóspede que vem toda semana para foz a trabalho. O mais inacreditável foi a grosseria e o mal tratamento.
