Do Not Stay here
Horrible place rooms not as described or portrayed online, filthy disgusting terrible smell doors did not lock toilet lifted off floor sewerage smell in rooms. When I called Office to see if they were near WCU, they said they were on campus across from the Ramsey building that was a lie they are up the road and not affiliated with WCU do not stay here

Not a choice hotel
I booked this hotel online and because of that she wouldn't give me a receipt, saud i had to go online to the site and get one. I book all of my hotels online and have NEVER hsd a problem getting a receipt when i check out! I will never stay hete again. The carpet was old and iky with red stains on it. I never took my shoes off unless i was in bed.

Horrible!
Horrible! I waited for about 10 minutes just to check in. I rang the bell 3 times & he finally came in, gave me my keys & told me where the room was. The room smelled like an ash tray, was dirty & I don’t think the comforter & bed skirts have ever been washed. I don’t even want to guess at what was on the carpet that was totally sticky & left my feet black on the bottom! The top lock didn’t work & the whole place just has a really sketchy vibe! Our neighbors appeared to be long term tenants, smoked & partied all day & night & were loud. We booked the room for two nights but left after one night because we were so uncomfortable & didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It is moldy and dirty. Stayed in room 430. Half the lights don’t work, no coffee maker, no iron or ironing board. They use strong chemicals to try and mask the mold, which only makes it smell worse. There are moisture absorbing bags hanging in the room, full of water and need replacing. We stayed for WCU family weekend. There are other hotels in the area not listed on Expedia. Do your research and avoid this place.
