Great location, terrible bed and wifi
The pros first, the location is very convenient and you can easily walk to almost all attractions in the city, the central station and arlanda express station is within 600 and 200 metres resp. There are many excellent restaurants around the hotel as well as grocery store and convenience stores. Breakfast is free and has a decent range of foods. They have about a dozen types of cereal and breads. But their hot food selection is basic and does not change. Rooms are warm and there is also a portable radiator provided. The lighting in the room is bright and way better than most other hotels. Another feature is the many electrical outlets they have around the room. These are not globally compatible so bring plugs for Sweden.
Cons: WiFi is very slow so if you want to work or watch shows on streaming services, it is a pain. The rooms are very small (expected) but their bed is horrible. The mattress was old and lumpy and just 3 inches (see pic) which made sleeping not just uncomfortable but painful too. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Laundry service is per item and is very expensive.
