Beautifully restored 1936 Tudor Cottage with hardwood floors and many vintage details. Large fenced back yard with enough room to park 2 cars. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths feature beautiful furnishings. Master bedroom has king bed and on suite bathroom, Middle Bedroom has queen sized iron bed, Back Bedroom has 2 twin beds.There is also a sofa in the living room.
You can walk to coffee shops, book stores, farmer’s market and beach or casinos, 5 minute wak to the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino. 1 minute walk to Jacked Up Coffee Bar and Southern Bound Book Store. This is located in the Entertainment District which is "go-cup" area for alcoholic beverages.
Property is certified as short-term rental with the City of Biloxi and is available for your next getaway. The sunny winter in Biloxi is a great time to visit!

Very nice place that we really liked
We had four adults in this house and it was very enjoyable. Also brought our small dog. Very clean and lots of places to hang out. You can see the water from the front porch. I would stay here again. There is a coffee place and a brewery just 2-3 blocks away. The trains go by often and are loud. There isn’t a hand rail for the steps in the front or the back entrance so if you have someone who has trouble with steps they will need assistance. Like this area very much to play golf and run along the water. This house is close to all of that. A grill to use would be nice but again we made do.

Wonderful for a weekend trip with family!
This was exactly what we needed after this crazy year and a half! Hopkins House is perfect: a historic property with all the modern amenities. Everything is as promised. My family couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. We walked to the beach, coffee, and groceries. Highly recommend Mary Mahoney’s. They fit us as party of 7 in with no reservation and were so attentive. Thank you so much!

Weekend Stay at Grandma’s House
The location was great, right across from the baseball stadium and walking distance from the beaches and casinos. The house feel’s like grandma’s house, and the honeybuns on the table were a nice touch. Very clean, hot water, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, etc. only trouble was the door code was incorrect, but they responded within 5 minutes and gave us a code that worked. Great stay
