Located in Waterloopin area, very easy to walk from Centraal station or very easy access via tram or Uber/taxi. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and its one of the nicer Ibis locations we've stayed in. Rooms were big enough, beds were comfortable and I would stay here again. Family trip for 5 adults
Although I had checked in online before midday to ensure a speedy check in when we arrived, it was far from speedy. We arrived at approximately 11 pm and it took at least half an hour at the reception desk. I had booked three rooms and it was an ordeal trying to pay for all three rooms together as the hotel wanted three separate payments. I was told I'd already paid, 160 Euro's which I knew nothing about and the bill was confusing when we checked out. The rooms were comfortable and warm and the shower was good. Breakfast was ok with a good selection of pastries etc.
