We always stay at the Fairmont when we are in the city, very friendly staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Valet parking staff always very attentive, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Hotel was just ok. For being the Fairmont and the price, you dont get a lot. Location was great, but construction made it difficulties to get around. Underground tunnel was great, but coming home from the NHL game, doors were locked and made it quite difficult to navigate out.
