Good neighborhood. Sticky & wet room, walls, floor, bed. No real personnel, breakfast not offered as advertised, no help with TV remote that was not what screen described. Will never stay in one of this chain’s places. Was quiet but really one of worst places we’ve ever stayed as world travelers in our 80’s.

Horrible experience
I was highly upset. I sat on my bed and started itching really bad. I pulled back the covers, and my blanket was covered in dog hair. I’m allergic to pet dander, so I have to end up giving myself a shot. I go to the office to let them know, and the female staff is sitting down in the lobby with two of the hotel guests getting her hair done, cursing and being loud. Staff never acknowledged me standing there. The hotel guest the staff was sitting with, asked “ Do you need something.” I reply yes the person that works here. Staff gets up comes behind the desk. I tell her about my blankets being covered in dog hair, and I was having an allergic reaction. She says “ So what you want me to do?” “ Do you want to check out or something?” This was the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Staff is ghetto, rude, and disrespectful. I will never return to this location. Dog hair was on my shirt.

Awful. Don't stay here.
We were supposed to have a suite. They said their suites weren't available and the system shouldn't have let us book it. They comped us a room next door to each other. That's where the good part ends. The key to one of the rooms would stop working and we'd have to go back to the front desk which wasn't open past 8 to get it registered again. It took ten minutes for someone to come to the door after going through a phone tree. There were bugs in the sink and bathtub. The stove was ancient and dirty. The stove of the fridge was filthy. Missing a lampshade on the floor lamp. Both exit doors were missing door sweeps so you could see straight outside! We ended up putting a towel down to try to keep more bugs from getting inside.

Many cockroaches!
Original room not made up. Cockroaches in dresser drawers. Replacement room ok, but bulbs missing in lamps, hard to adjust heat/cooling. Dangerous shower with slippery floor, no grab bar. Staff courteous and helpful. Have stayed here many times, but probably not again.

This hotel has roaches and was very run down. We were moved from one room to another and the second room has roaches as well. We didn’t realize until it was midnight after returning to our room. I didn’t request a second change of room since my mother (senior citizen) was already fatigued The rooms were dirty and in poor condition. Peeling paint, smelled stale. Old dingy carpet. I would like at least half my money back for hotel stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a 1 bed room suite. When we arrived I was told they haven’t had suites available all day, and that only 2 queen beds were available. We get the key, get to the room and the key doesn’t work. We go back to the lobby get another key, it doesn’t work. The desk clerk comes to the room to use her key it doesn’t work. She asked us to come to the lobby, we wait 15 minutes. She comes back and says she has a Deluxe King room. No extra blanket or pillows in the room.

Strange people hanging around the lobby when checking in, sheets smelled of smoke, strange smell in the room in general, hair in bathroom from previous guests, something splashed on back of bathroon door, cigarette butts outside of doors. It was a quiet stay and front desk lady was nice. Check in was fast (we arrived around 9 pm).

The staff was nice. The property is in pretty bad shape and needs a complete rehab. The first room smelled like smoke. We got moved to a second room which still smelled a little like smoke. Couldn't get the tv's to work, floor was very dirty, room was worn out.

You need to do better
We got there and there was no soap, shampoo, towels or remote in the room, light switch didn’t work and 1/2 the light bulbs were out on them. Glad I was just there to sleep because if I was staying it would have made the stay horrible.

Don’t trust reservations! They don’t matter
From the moment check in started, it was a disaster. Our family traveled from 3 different cities and had very specific needs, hence the reason we chose Extended Stay and booked 10 days prior to our arrival. Check in was at 3:00, and we were there at 3:15. Almost immediately I was told they had over booked and didn’t think they could accommodate us. What???? We had booked and PREPAID for our rooms, king room and a double queen studio (to accommodate 3 grown men NOT wanting to share a bed). Our king size room was absolutely out of the question but they could give us a tiny single queen room. The associate was trying to be accommodating as this obviously wasn’t her fault. I was made to believe they had found a 2 queen studio but when we get to the room, it’s not a studio. 3 adult men, 2 beds. To put icing on the cake, the toilet did NOT work. I’ve stayed at several beautiful Extended Stay properties. This location is in need of much TLC, employees that seem to be concerned about the distress of this whole fiasco. Claudette was the only one who appeared to care enough to help. Will I fight for a refund???? Absolutely.
