Horrible Guest Services
This review is an expression of my frustration with the service I received from a person in VIP Guest Services. Unfortunately, his attitude was far from helpful or professional. It felt as though he lacked any empathy or compassion for my situation, and I couldn't help but feel that he might not enjoy his job based on his dismissive demeanor.
I had a simple request that I was hoping to have resolved, but this person seemed unwilling to assist or even offer any solutions. This was extremely disappointing, especially from a service that is supposed to cater to guests. I sincerely hope that management is paying attention to feedback like this, as it's important to maintain the standard of hospitality expected at a property like yours.
I would appreciate the opportunity to share more details about my experience.
