Don’t stay here.
Shower curtain moldy. Bed broken support slat. First room we were given stunk badly and had no heat. Had to get a key everyday. Threadbare towels. Everyone left garbage in the hall. Caulking at top of tub surround missing. Floors were filthy. Curtains falling down

We checked in, the lady was very nice and friendly. Went up to our room, opened the door and couldnt even walk inside. The smoke smell that hit you was like a wall. We knew there was NO WAY we could stay there. Again, the lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our deposit and explained how to go about getting a refund.

This place is a dump! I decided to stay only 2 nights before checking out. Also, when inquiring about the refund for the remaining 7 nights we were given the run around and it took the project administrator 3 days to get a start on a resolution to this issue. I will never stay here again and I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

My experience at this hotel was absolutely ridiculous. Everything was broken! The elevator, the vending machines, and the ice machines were broken. The pool and the fitness center were closed. Their breakfast was stale muffins or waffles, but you are only allowed to take one and your guests are not allowed to have any….The room was absolutely disgusting… mold on the shower curtains, hair in the towels, bathtub, and bedding. The room was missing a curtain, the remote was broken, we had to go ask for a trash can, and the telephone not only did not work, but it was missing buttons….. I booked two nights, I only stayed the one night, because it was too late to get another room …. I attempted to explain why we were checking out to a gentleman named Sam, at first he would not even listen to me or my mother. He just continuously said that “he already knew, that there was nothing he could do about it right now.” When I was finally able to get a word in, he pretended like he was writing down our complaints. He wasn’t, because he did not document anything. This of course, is interfering with my ability to get a refund for the night we didn’t stay… this was the absolute worst experience… I have stayed in a lot of hotels both cheap and expensive, but this one was beyond ridiculous and disgusting… save your money, do not stay here! Honestly, they should be shut down…. It is that bad!!!
