We selected the hotel as an overnight after a cruise so we would be a short distance from the airport. The staff was friendly and engaging. The location is in walking distance of a shopping/dining area (includes Duke's Seafood and a Target). The hotel also offered a shuttle to the airport and this made the arrangements stress-free.

Everything was great, the only thing is that that the pull out couch metal bar is broken and we didn't know so it startled us when we played in it to watch movies.

The outside was noisy. The breakfast and manager’s reception was very average. The lady working the breakfast buffet was not very nice. We stayed at this hotel because we enjoy the separate bedroom. The air conditioning did not work well and it was warm in the room. It was a good location near the mall and museum. It’s the least nice embassy suites we’ve stayed at
