My only dings on this hotel were not all the elevators were working (possible maintenance was happening) and due to the 115-120 degree heat the air conditioning didn’t cool adequately. Other than those, the hotel was great. Beautiful layout and rooms.

Great atmosphere and clean, large, and comfortable rooms. Bathroom door could use a lock as it is a sliding door and didnt want to stay closed when using.

The AC was out and the temp was over 100 those days, the bathroom door was broken and we had to move rooms at 2am because our room had roaches. The restaurant food in the club was very nasty and it made me sick. The hospitality was great and the pools were cleaner than the rooms.
