Great stay!! Should have had a higher star rating. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, and great accommodations in the room. Hotel personnel was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Hotel was in the heart of any and everything you would need or want. Walking distance to the mall. Definitely returning to stay there.

The place was perfect for our stop in with our 2 dogs. Everything was great other than the shower was full of hair. Very obvious that it was not cleaned.

I loved my room. It was very spacious and the bed is very nice and comfortable. I wish that the juice bar at breakfast would have been working but overall I was very happy with my stay and if I am in the area I might stay again.

My reservation was booked and paid for 39 days in advance on hotel.com. When I checked into the hotel, I was told I would be charged approximately $20 a day for incidentals. After swiping my card, I received an alert stating my card was charged/authorized $440 (which is close to the amount I paid in full at hotel.com) to the hotel. I spoke with Alicia (supervisor) and she kept talking over me telling me to contact my bank. This was a HOTEL error not a bank error. She assured me it would be corrected at check out (4 days later). Well, I have checked out and the $440 authorization is still sitting on my card 6 days later. Beware folks. The customer service is horrible. Instead of admitting the mistake, they told me to wait for it to fix itself after checkout. Also the front desk person had an attitude and acted like we were inconveniencing him by asking for towels. This is our second stay at this hotel. First trip was great and after this experience, we will never return.

I booked the suite for family who were in town. They arrived to the hotel after midnight to be told they didn’t have a reservation. They called me to let me know, because I reserved and paid for the room. Once I was on the phone, management then stated there was a room but it was it clean. The option given to then was to stay in a studio instead of the one bedroom suite I paid for. Horrible service.
