Overall the house was in good condition and as stated in pictures. My biggest concern was the house had roaches. Property management was extremely rude to me and argued that they were sugar ants. Some could have possibly been ants but not regular sized brown roaches. I asked for the home to be sprayed only to be sent a can of Raid to spray myself. I would not recommend this property until they get better management and get rid of the roaches. Their response was it’s Florida it’s going to be bugs. I have stayed in numerous homes in Davenport and NONE of them had any bugs and definitely no roaches,
