Very clean, spacious room. Bathroom a little too small but manageable! Beautiful rooftop to enjoy cocktails and sunsets!

Disappointing Stay
Our 2 night getaway was not what we were looking for. It started with an unexpected $29 per night parking fee. Next was a very run-down room that was noisy and had bathroom drains that backed up. The group next door had a party until 3:00 in the morning, and the front desk staff was unresponsive when we complained. Finally, on checkout, we tried to notify the staff of the room problems so that they could address them, but we were told to call back later and tell the manager. It was a disappointing stay in all, and the staff didn't seem to care.

This hotel went down. I stayed here over 10 years ago and it was beautiful and had friendly staff but now not so nice. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Lobby and service were great. Hallways reeked of pot the entire 24 hours we were there. Bathroom while at first glance looked great was really in disrepair - shower door couldn't be shut all the way, tub leaked large amounts of water, lighting was very dim. Rest of the room was in good condition and clean. Exterior access on the third floor didn't work and when exiting to the outside the door slammed hard enough to shake the whole building.

Okay
It was okay. We paid for an ocean view and it was obstructed by trees so that was a bummer and one of our TVs in our bedroom was not working so that was a bummer too.

Meh
Hotel was nice but a little dated. The rooms were clean but the upholstery on the sofa was torn and the cabinet door to refrigerator was broken. I’m not sure if most people would notice that but I did. Overall check in and out was easy but I did have to pay for parking which was $29. I’m not sure if I’d stay there again considering the fact that there are so many options in the area.

It was great, just wish the parking was less but the overall hotel was 10/10 for me

Disappointed.
I choose the place bec of its proximity to the beach & it’s a Hilton & I have great expectations esp. the cleanliness part. So disappointed that my room was not facing the ocean instead I’m looking @the freeway but glad I still have the huge tub which is why I more bec of it.Then went to the room @a glance it look clean but when I expect it thoroughly I saw a strand of hair in one of the pillow. I called front desk & d manager came , requested for another room but she said there’s no available, she’s not really accommodating not even an apology .Housekeeping came in to change the whole bed, once she left I did my own cleaning I have my Lysol & disinfectant wipes with me.A few minutes I received a call from the front desk personnel to check if the problem was fixed , when I fixed the phone , I saw crumbs of chips under d receiver.Right away he was apologetic & offered to have it cleaned, offered me a free bottle of wine or late check out which I opted, very nice of him to offer( unlike the manager I believe her name was Neria or something).I ended up cleaning the room my self for an hour. I stayed the whole time inside the room until check out ten when I was on my way down I saw a staff not wearing a mask. We’ll definitely not coming back here. Hilton u need to step up & educate ur staff.

I booked a room and wanted to change the type of bed to a king instead of two doubles. I was told there was no problem, until I got to the hotel and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I paid for a view of the ocean and had to take a different room even after I was told I would have the ocean view and king bed to begin with. The first room we got had blood stains on the sheets. We moved to a different room with even less of a view. From that point I was already turned off. The other room was clean but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a stain I didn’t see. Also, the parking on sight costs $29 but we weren’t told until we were checking out and they tried to charge us. That fee should either be included in the price or it should be stated up front. The receptionists were pleasant, regardless of the lack of communication. The location is also nice and close to the beach.
