We weee not informed that the hot tub was out of service. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known. We were bothered every morning at 8:30 with room service wanting to clean our room. We had people sleeping yet or getting dressed. Had to ask for juice every morning as they had run out. They did not offer any kind of discount because of the hot tub not functioning. Probably won’t stay there again.

Dont hesitate its good.
Nice pool area, the water temp was fine. The hot tub was goid but you have to get out every 5 min. To restart it. [A longer setting would be a huge improvement]. We had some really nadty little tween girls come in and start trouble leading to an even nastier mother vomebin and really get it stsrted with us. After i got her backed we left. The desk clerk was good about keeping it non violent. The hotel is not to blame for this nasty Karen and her bratty kids. Breakfast is so so. The waffles were real hood the rest was ok.

We loved the location but the room was lackluster. Our bathroom door didnt close/latch. There was a hole in the shower, along with additional things in the tub. (We opted to not shower) the mirror was missing in the room and lots of paint chipping in the corners of the room. I know the hotel can really help this but we also had lots of noise from the room above us. We could hear them walking around and it sounded like someone was moving furniture around the room until about 3 am then staryed back up around 5 am. It was stange and we did let the front desk know. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and it served its purpose.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the desk to greet me. I stood there for a few moments waiting and still no one showed. I said “hello” fairly loud and still nothing. After a few more minutes someone yelled out I’ll be right there. After checking in we when to the room. The hallway to the room was really dirty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We walked into the room at first it seemed ok. My daughter took her shoes off and started walking around barefoot while we ate dinner quick. I picked her up to see her feet were black and full of crumbs and dirt from the floor. After that I noticed there was poop smeared all over the front of the toilet and the bathroom floor was covered in “stuff”. I was so grossed out I went and asked for another room. She gave us a room on the complete other side of the hotel. So we loaded up and headed that way. Once we got to the room I checked the bathroom to find pee all down the front of the toilet, hair in the shower and a red stuff in the shower as well. I walked over to the bed that looked like it had been laid in so I pulled the sheets back to find BLOOD all over the bedding. That was our final straw. We walked back out of the hotel got a refund and went to a different hotel. County inn and suites which is wayyyyy cleaner!!! I do not recommend staying here. This hotel was nasty on all levels. The front desk told me they only have one person who cleans the rooms and she can’t get to them all. So no

Only has a desk chair in room. We have back problems so sitting on bed doesn't work. Family lives in Pella so when they came to visit they didn't have a chair to sit in. Had to ask for extra toilet paper and noone at front desk throughout the stay. Had to get extra towels myself. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Dirty around toilet. Breakfast was very good!!!!
