When I checked in, I was not provided with the room I paid for. The bed was a full with a shower - not a queen with a tub (I was there with my infant who I had to bath during my three night stay). After looking further, the bed had blood, black and brown stains, hair and bugs. When I called the front desk for new bedding, the receptionist said I was rude and hung up on me. She proceeded to bring a blanket and two pillows to my room and said I can’t demand new bedding while she’s with other costumers and walked away. She then calls the room an hour later and said I had to leave right away if I wanted a refund. I never said I wanted a refund, I just wanted clean bedding.
