First off , like I always do whenever I rent a hotel, I always check the bed to make sure that it is okay to sleep on. My daughter and I were traveling therefore we booked a king bed with a sofa bed. Upon checking the sofa bed I n the room, there were stains on the mattress pad and mold on the bed . I reported it to the front office , I was given another room.
Upon checking that sofa bed in that particular room, it was stained and had crumbs from what ever persons ate while sitting or sleeping in the bed. I had to purchase a plastic mattress cover from the dollar tree to cover the mattress for the duration of my stay. On the first day, I had on a pair of white Sox which was very dirty from the floor not being cleaned. I had to buy cleaning solution to clean the bathroom and floor and in the process I decided to disinfect the whole room, because I was not sure what else was not properly cleaned.
When I went to bed I noticed that there was only one remote control in the room , for both tv , I called the front desk to report it, and was suppose to get a call back in 5 minutes to say if an extra one was available I never got the call. My daughter and I had to use the one remote for both tv during our entire stay. Please check the sofa beds before you sleep on it.
Very disappointed.
The common areas and dinning room was cleaned.
