The hotel was in a great location, new, and mostly friendly. The negatives were that the rooms were small, the shower door would not shut, and we received a letter from management that they would be coming into our room sometime over a 48-hour period to check something but would not give a definite time. When we inquired at the front desk they said to email corporate.

Babymoon 💛
My husband and I chose this hotel for our Babymoon, and it did not disappoint. The complimentary breakfast and staff were excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and always spoke good morning at the start of the day. We hoped the weather would be better to really enjoy the pool and beach. However we did sit at the pool and enjoyed the live music.

The best stay! Make sure you meet Mr Terry!
Wow! We just got back from our first ever hotel stay at the beach. For years we’ve stayed at condos all throughout our childhoods and then as a young couple. After being fed up with the insane cleaning fees, host rates, etc. we decided to give a hotel a try. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision. I always research hotels extensively and the Hyatt Panama definitely lived up to the hype. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was fabulous and maintained well. Coconut Charlie’s the on-site restaurant was amazing (ate there every day) and the breakfast was great and clean. Mr Terry that works at Coconut Charlie’s was phenomenal. So personable and fun to talk to. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was great and made our experience the best. We can’t wait to come back!
