The front desk staff during the day was rude. I think the lady considers this her own personal hotel. Literally told me I can’t just wander around the property and I needed to tell her where I was going. Seriously? We had 2 rooms. Ah no! I don’t have to tell you anything. So weird and controlling. The evening staff was so nice and welcoming.

I booked this room for myself. I payed. No one else was on the room! When I arrived they had allowed another person to check in my room. She told them she knew me and the Asian lady at the desk allowed her early check in. Gave her a key. I never checked in the room. How is this possible ????

Great staff
Both hot tubs have missing tiles and broken concrete that is sharp, jagged, and dangerous. Pool was great as I like cooler temps (about 55 degrees), breakfast was okay, but items slow to be restocked. Front desk, cleaning, and breakfast staff were very friendly, kind, and outgoing. They were the highlight of this hotel stay.
