This is not a Boutique Hotel in any way. The rooms are a 2 star hotel type tops (small bathroom, rooms with no windows). The breakfast had good fruit but bad coffee. When we stayed the workshop downstairs simply blocked the entryway with some sort of machine, it was unbelie

Great stay and would come back.

Absolutely recommend. We arrived very early (6am) on the day of check-in with the expectation of storing our bags until later in the day, but they let us into the room immediately and even let us enjoy a breakfast. Great location close to the Plaza De Armas and tonnes of restaurants, bars and stores. Our room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast both mornings was great and the staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best stay in Cusco

This was our second hotel in Cusco we stayed at and this was certainly the best stay. The rooms was large and very comfortable with lots of space to spread around and keep your stuff. I personally loved the built in shelves on one of the walls. The bathroom was a good size and we finally did not have any water pressure issues or had to wait for the hot water to run. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the choice of fruit was really beyond what we experiences before and that was a truly pleasant surprise. This is a historic hotel with beautiful touches of wood everywhere and a little "plaza" in the main floor where you can relax. Hotel provides access to hot water and varieties of teas accessible all the time and we had good experience with the front desk helping us with the taxi to the airport.

The hotel was beautiful, excellent location, my wife had severe altitude sickness and without the help of the staff she probably would of ended up in the hospital, I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality, it saved our trip to Machu Picchu. Great stay in Cusco

Overall very good stay at Casona Corrales. The staff were the best part — they were friendly and attentive. Very good breakfast. The only consideration I would have are about the steps. There is no elevator and walking up the steps was difficult with altitude sickness. Would consider getting a first floor room if you have these issues. Overall great stay and lovely hotel !

I loved this hotel - the ambiance, the decor, the location, the service. When I first arrived, the receptionist ensured that I was happy with my room as I was there for a long period of time. I had a marvellous view of the street and spent many hours on the balcony soaking in the sunshine. I loved the fresh breakfasts which satisfied every need and taste. I loved the seating areas around the hotel. It was a splendid stay and I will definitely return at some point. The location was central to the main town and walking distance to shopping areas. A 5 star experience. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay a pleasure.
