Not perfect but just fine
Great value for the price. When I woke up at 6:00 I got in the shower and water was cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it didn’t get any hotter. I called the desk and described my issue and the response was this person repeating “ELO” over and over. 10 minutes later the water got warm enough to take a cold cold shower. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean as was the room.
There was one big wood roach hanging on the wall but he didn’t bother me.

I do not like that the workers seemed rude and they never smile or greet you. I lost my ebt card and i know it was left there and they tell me it was not I'm on my way back there now to look for it myself. Very short speaking on the ohone totally rude not helpful

The room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. When I was checking in I was informed I would have to pay more because Expedia marked down the price and the rate I received was not correct. Should’ve fought that but was in a hurry to get checked in and get to the event I was attending.

Manager or whomever it was at the front desk was rude. I told him i had a 3 year old and would prefer a room on the first floor, completely ignored my request and placed us on the second floor and then got a complaint from the person who was below us and kicked us out early the next morning. Extremely rude and would NOT recommend to anyone!!!
