Very good 8.2 From 455 reviews
I'm not sure how this motel had so many good reviews. Check in was weird as they wouldn't allow you inside. So you're standing in line freezing, waiting for the people in front of you. We tried to get drinks from the snack bar and couldn't see what was in there. So diet or no sugar drinks unless you wanted water. The freeway was right next to us and neither of us could sleep. It was like sleeping under the Loudest waterfall. The area was a little sketchy. The rooms were ok. I cut my foot on a tile that was sticking up outside the bathroom. I sat on the couch and almost went to the floor. The furniture is old and the cushions were useless. They gave us breakfast, which consists of a cinnamon bread bun and sunny delight and a granola bar... again all full sugar items, which was disappointing. The place wasn't horrific, but i just didn't feel it lived up to most of the reviews I saw.
First time stay. Very much enjoyed the hotel itself, and the staff were very nice. It appeared as if the staff truly did all they could to stay COVID safe. The ONLY thing that the other customers might want to consider is the significant road noise from cars. The building has the freeway on one side, and a street on the other side that cars travel on non-stop.
It was relaxing stay, exelent
This hotel is close to Old Town Temecula, but far enough away to avoid noise and congestion. The room is new, clean and well appointed, Everything worked perfectly. Staff was lovely. Great snooze and will definitely stay here again.
Good location, very clean and quiet, comfy beds
Inhad a nice comfy stay, will return
Good stay good value
Room size was good. Overall it looked clean. Bed was comfy. The TV has several HBO channels which was nice. Reception was nice and they stay open 24/7. Convenient location to a gas station and food. Price was a good deal. Would stay again if in the area. One drawback is I was on the first level which I don't like. Forgot to ask for too floor. It sounded like some lady with heels was walking back and forth loudly outside. I could also hear the floor squeaking above me. Always recommend a top floor.
Stay was awful. The hotel charged me a $75 damage fee, without my knowledge, and accused me of putting a hole in their wall! I was told I should have inspected the room and mentioned to them right away so they could have gotten me another room. I don’t know about most people, but when I stay at a hotel I don’t do a full on inspection. I assume the place is in working order and left in good shape. I got scammed out of $75 and when I called the hotel was basically called a liar. I urge you to never stay here. Rude staff, wouldn’t bring a towel or blanket to my room, instead told me to come get it. Book anywhere else in the area and it will be better
