Well , first off. My room was not clean. The bedding literally looked like the same bedding for all week. The room service phone did not work at all and i found some womans dirty used fake eyelashes in the bed. The shower was probably the worst obr ever seen there was no way i could get in there. The start was ok, she could have been a lol nicer.. she should have helped set us up in another room to fix out problem with the first room offered. But i was necer given any options. So i took my only option and thst was to le

Reporting this to the BBB
They refused to check me in after booking online for December 15 and 16. The excuse given was the system was still on December 14 at 5am on the 15th. So i canceled the booking and on the app and never got my money back. Now nobody has a record of my cancelation and I'm out hard earned money for a place i didn't even stay at. Never again will i use hotels.com

The customer service was good. Very straightforward and transparent.I hear everything was handled in a professional manner. The room, on the other hand was absolutely abhorrent. It might have been the grossest hotel I've ever stayed period It's unfortunate because i'm grateful that it was available on such short notice, but I don't know if I don't I could spend my hard earned money on something like that again
