Great service! Hotel is very well cleaned (COVID clean!) and service is excellent. Starting to show some age but excellent condition.
Front desk clerk was extremely rude!!! It was a very bad experience!!!! It was my first time staying at Hampton Inn and I really expected way way way better service and experience.
I just noticed how filthy the elevator was. Kind of reflected the cleanliness of that building. Room with was nice and clean. I was more pissed off about who hit and run my truck that night, In the parking lot
Quick and easy check in. Lovely night. Place was clean and no interruptions of any kind during our stay
hotel run down and needs updating - weird that other Hampton Inns are nice and really updated - this hotel has many problems - don't stay here please
Everyone at the motel was incredibly nice and accommodating. We enjoyed every interaction we had with the staff.
Overall the room was nice. But the beds are as stiff as a board!! If you want a good nights sleep do not stay here. The pillows were even bad.
This was a great experience in the cleanest room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the location next to favorite restaurants and mall. Their breakfast bar is not open as other places because of COVID however they let you make selections and will bring it to you so you can still have breakfast😀No complaints here 5 stars
Convenient to the Highway and other services. Clean comfortable room. Plenty of towels and supplies. Loads of parking the night we were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We called days before arrival to make some changes and the Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was nicely done with a menu of grab and go items to choose. We asked for an accessible room and we got it! First floor and close to the entrance. Space around the bed and desk would be a little tight if you're using a wheelchair. Walk in shower was helpful but controls are poorly placed so you're in the shower before you can adjust the temp. Hand held shower head was a funky design and inconvenient to use. Replacement would be an easy and inexpensive upgrade.
