A nice stay but could have done more

We had a lovely stay at the Nobu hotel. I had mentioned that we were celebrating our 50th anniversary when I made reservations for dinner but nothing special was done. After we checked in the person who checked us in said they would do something special the next day. Which they did. But overall it was strange that nothing happened until our second day.

I had a really pleasant stay, and one of the things that truly made a difference was the staff. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. They took the time to answer questions and provided great recommendations for the local area. The security guards also deserve high praise. They created a sense of safety around the clock and always acted with respect and professionalism. It’s clear that safety is taken seriously, without it ever feeling uncomfortable on the contrary, I felt very welcome and well looked after. All in all, a very positive experience where the level of service was truly outstanding. Thank you for a safe and professional stay!

Incredibly slow front desk, takes a long long wait to do anything even just replace a key. Very understaffed, expect lines and waiting. Rooftop is open to public and always jammed, impossible to access except at off times. Rooms are super nice though
