Super friendly staff. Always willing to assist us in any way. From Carlos making our check-in smooth to the Bar staff notably Nicole and Jay. I don't have the support staffs names but they were on top of making sure our needs were met!!! Kudos to the Valet team as well. Worth every $ we tipped them. Always smiling and lots of good energy.

Waited 45 minutes to check in... Then was told the room I had booked was not available. Even though I had heard her try and upsell every person before me. The manager came out reluctantly and after about 20 minutes we got the room we had paid for. The staffing the restaurant and bar were great but the food... Not so much. Definitely stay somewhere else!
