Check in was easy and we were upgraded to an ocean view room at no extra cost! Lots of things to do and see within walking distance from the hotel.

Good-ish
Right across the street from Duke, and the heart of Waikiki. It was really crowded, it took 30 min to check in, the elevators are not air conditioned, were always packed, and took forever. The hotel is inside a mall and difficult to navigate. The room was comfortable and we were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was great. We were overlooking a crane and a construction site of the hotel next door. The hotel is old and the walls/floors are thin. I heard coughing, stomping, baby cries, etc. all night. If being in the hustle of Waikiki is what you are looking for, this is a nice option.
