Great hotel in the heart of Boston
We stayed here for a few nights in one of the King Suites and absolutely loved it. Accessible to great food, shopping, attractions, and the start of the Freedom Trail. Staff were engaged and friendly. Room was very clean and well maintained. Food onsite was good. We would definitely stay here again!

Small cramped room with barely enough space to move around. The room was extremely cold and the heat had to be turned really high which made it very dry. I will not stay in this place again. The only reason I stayed here was because the conference I was attending was in it.

Great historical hotel
It was a moment of a lifetime to spend new years in Boston and visit with my sister and her partner. I wished they had better parking rates but valet parking is expensive because it’s convenient.
