The front desk staff is very friendly and did a good job. When I pulled up to my room, there was a woman going through the trashcan looking for something, not sure if she was homeless or not. The room was very dirty with the floors not looking vacuumed, a burn mark on the comforter, closet door left open, side lights not plugged in and the remote not turning on/off the TV. When I turned the bed down, I found two long hairs on the linens. The bathroom was dirty with the toilet not being clean and again hairs on it and the floor. The AC/heat unit was very loud especially in the shutting off process and reminded me of a riding lawnmower engaging its blade. The worst part was being awaken at 4am to the sound of pounding on the door next to me yelling to let him in. It was so loud, I thought he was trying to break into my room. I would never stay here again.
