First room I was shown was disappointing, but I was moved to a much better one after speaking to reception ! I was wakened at exactly 8 am with a pneumatic drill ! Breakfast was excellent although would have been a nicer experience had I been in the main dining room !

Straight off the train into a beautiful hotel with its immediate air of grandeur and history.
