I am very happy with my stay. Will at the front desk was very accommodating and help me check in earlier since I arrived ahead of my checking time.The staff is nice, friendly and courteous. The room I used was very clean but had a odor like it had been used in a while. The elevators need to be upgraded, and it was very smelly, possibly remove the old carpet and replace with easier cleaning surface. As an Engineer I noticed the elevators were not running smoothly

The room was good/ clean. We just didn't have got water. I talked to the maintenance guy who said that 3 or 4 rooms including ours complained about no hot water. We even let the shower run for 45 minutes trying to get it more than barely warm, but that didn't work. We took cold showers during our stay...
