I’d highly recommend the stay here at Moxy. Between the choice of restaurants, evening experiences and nightlife vibes, to quiet cozy coffee lounge ambiance in the mornings, there are plenty of options without even leaving the hotel. When you decide to venture out to explore, the location is perfect for getting to the underground, or walk to a local shop, lunch, or park within minutes. Thank you Moxy, you’ve provided a wonderful experience yet again!

The Moxy EV is perfectly located near the New School and near Union Square. I enjoyed staying here. Rooms were well appointed with everything that I needed. I did use the gym which was clean & empty when I was there. Treadmill was easy to use. My flight got cancelled and I stayed another night. The staff - Bjourn and Oshyn were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They secured an upgraded room for me at a lower rate. The Moxy also provided some credits for me to use in the coffee bar. I appreciate that so much !

I actually arranged this reservation for a family member who is coming there to stay. The staff I spoke to you on the phone when confirming and asking questions were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered, and the room was definitely confirmed with my family member’s name. They were very helpful and I felt very reassured. I met my family member at checkout and even during that process the staff were just so friendly and so nice. Whether my family member comes back to New York or I travel there again I would definitely stay at this location and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to stay in New York.

The standout of this property is the staff. Every staff member we encountered from check in, to housekeeping, to bar & coffee shop was friendly, warm, inviting & professional. We liked the location & neighborhood. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. No fridge in the rooms but we knew that coming in. Only complaint was not great AC. Would def be a struggle in the summer. But overall, definitely worth checking out!

Nice hotel, nice location. It's a great couples hotel and is probably more attractive to younger travelers. That said, I would stay again,

6/10 Good

Great location, excellent cafe and restaurant and good staff. They charge $50 early check in fee even if u arrive by 2 PM and rooms are available which is a shame as most places would do this as a courtesy especially since majority people check out way before 12 PM check out time. Also, rooms r small which is typical of a lot of hotels in the area.

This was the BEST hotel experience! I as shocked how convenient, clean, friendly, spacious (for New York HAHA!) this place is. I 1000% recommend and I love the bartender and vibe. Comfy for families, def not like other Amoy hotels where everyone is drinking and partying. This is a great place to stay!

I love my stay at Moxy, the hotel is very clean and there’s lots to do in hotel. The east village is probably one of the best areas to stay in NYC and this hotel is in the heart of the area. There’s lots to to in walking distance. I’ll be back

Very cool place with an excellent rooftop bar, a classy lounge bar, a restaurant, and great rooms. They are unique and a bit smaller than other places but totally functional and we went for Pride, so the East Village Moxy was in a perfect spot. The staff were all great, very helpful and professional. The place is lit to give a cool vibe.
