We had a fantastic stay at Aura Hotel Times Square! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and we really appreciated all of the amenities. It was especially nice that we were able to use the gym and a restroom before our room was ready, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure we were well taken care of. His friendly attitude and exceptional service really stood out and made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Aura Hotel Times Square!

Hotel is convenient to Times Square and thus right in the center of Manhattan. Not incredibly noisy and very clean. They have a good relationship with the restaurant/bar next door where you can get breakfast as well. Limited front desk staff but they were cordial and helpful. Good value.

Unfortunately when I checked in, the first room i walked into wasn’t clean. The second room they gave me smelled like smoke. Then the third room was fine. Good for a quick one-night stay. Small room perfect for a solo traveler just in need of a place to shower and sleep. Was able to check my bag for the afternoon before my room was ready while I was out and about. Easy walk to theaters and Penn Station. Probably my only complaint is the bed being a tad small and the sheets being so incredibly thin. Also the elevators are very small.
