Not my first stay so i keep returning when around here as it suits my needs. Having said that, didnt particularly like the idea of the front neighbors who congregate outside the building.

I didn’t like to stay in Avlulu Konak because of the personal who attend us, she literally kick us out of the place just because our check out it’s at 11 am. I’m actually have been travelling with mi partner since 3 months ago, and it’s the first time that we couldn’t stay a little bit more after the check out and leave our bags because she wasn’t there (the thing is that they don’t have reception, but they have a huge comfortable zone with kitchen and couches that we were using after the check out), we try to talk to her by Google translate to explain that we had the bus very late and she just answer, “im just making my job”, (what it’s true and actually that’s maybe the orders she received), we ask for the number of the administrator and she refused to gave the number and it wasn't just the language barrier. So, if you’re travelling with huge bags and want to take a late bus to visit more places around the place I definitely don’t recommend to stay in Avlulu Konak. I don’t have any complain about the infrastructure, location and cleanliness. The place is beautiful. Finally if you want to go to a beach it’s a little far away from the place.

Bebekli olduğumuzdan bizi en çok zorlayan şey klimanın garipliği oldu alttan o kadar çok hava üflüyordu ki altında yatmamız ve bebeğimizi de yatırmamız mümkün olmadı. Yatak aşırı ses çıkarıyordu. Genel olarak temizdi. Dekorasyonu hoştu. Mutfak vardı ama ocak yoktu o bana saçma geldi.

Oda ve banyo temizliği güzeldi.Konumu çok iyiydi tam merkezde her yere yürüyerek rahatça gidilebiliyor.Genel manada memnun kaldık eksi diyebileceğimiz tek şey oda çok ufaktı 2 kişi zor hareket ediliyordu ama biz sadece uyumak için kullandığımızdan sorun etmedik.Bir daha tercih edebileceğimiz ve önerebileceğimiz bir yer.

Konum mükemmel çarşının tam ortasında. Kendine ait veya anlaşmalı Otoparkı yok. Ayvalıkta kalıcaksanız park yeri bulmak büyük bir sorun ve otopark ücretleri geceliği 300₺ civarı. Odamız üst katta balkonlu ve kendinden mutfaklıydı ve gayet genişti. Temizdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.Tavsiye ederim.
